I have always had a strong passion for art, design and the creative process. In 2013 I turned that love into a career in Interior Architecture from California State University Long Beach. The 5 year program focuses on the conceptual development of each project in order to design with a clear direction and strong sense of purpose. In parallel I expanded my skills in model building, furniture making and business management. Since graduating I have gained experience in commercial, retail, workplace and hospitality design working on projects in Thailand, China, Australia and Serbia as well as projects here in the States.
To me design isn't just about creating something beautiful. It is about discovering new solutions to old problems. Its about finding the right balance between the needs of the client and the appropriate experience for the user. It is a way to communicate with people without using words by creating interior environments that inspire and evoke positive emotional responses from all who experience them. My work reflects my passion for design as I focus each project on integrating technical knowledge with creative solutions in order to enhance life in the built environment.
